Open MRI of Southington is proud to be the home of
Connecticut’s first Hitachi high-field, high performance
Altaire Open MRI. While providing the maximum patient
comfort, our Open scanner combines a powerful 0.7 Tesla
field strength with advanced magnet technology to deliver
improved image quality and imaging capabilities that is
consistent with conventional high field MRI systems.
Open MRI of Southington provides a valuable alternative to
many people who have been unable to have MRIs or MRAs for
various reasons, such as claustrophobia, claustrophobic-like
syndrome, or being larger than average in size.
